Our company has read and applies the Provision of the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data “Identification of simplified procedures for the provision of information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies” of 8 May 2014 – [web doc. no. 3118884] (Published in the Official Gazette no. 126 of 3 June 2014) and the European Board Guidelines 5-2020 on consent.

WHAT ARE COOKIES, WHAT ARE THEY USED FOR?

RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS. Personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, and by persons strictly authorised by him.

EXISTENCE OF AN AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESS. The processing does not involve an automated decision-making process.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION. The Data Controller will not transfer personal data to a third country or international organisation.
