The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
The data inserted for subscription to the newsletter service through the site will be processed as per the relative informative note.

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Control Authority (For Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali www.garanteprivacy.it).
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS. The rights of access to personal data, rectification or deletion of personal data, restriction of processing, opposition, portability under Articles 15-20 of European Regulation 679/2016 may be exercised at any time by sending an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The exercise of the data subject’s rights may be delayed, limited or excluded in the cases provided for by art. 2-undecies Legislative Decree 196/03
